Hi 'Old Man', Great post. I agree with almost everything except one tiny picayunish piece. Global warming will not "destroy the planet" just all the life on it. Earth will, like it's fellow planets continue to orbit the sun until the end - just as Mars, Venus, Jupiter, etc. Every other point you make damns this court properly. Under the Roberts Court we no longer have three Branches of Government. We have two the Executive and a combined Legislative and its enforcer, since the Roberts Court is ok with unconstitutionally writing laws
You are right about Earth. It will be here until the sun explodes, long after Roberts, and the rest of us, are gone. But still, we humans can do a better of keeping the place clean while we are here.
You've got that right! And the destruction of all life, turning Earth into a dead planet is a disgusting thing for us to do. Who gave us the right to destroy not only our home but the home of all other innocent species along with it
